Can not load bindiff plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install bindiff 4.1 
2. Start IDA
3. Check in Output window

What is the expected output? 
I'm expecting to see nothing during the start.

What do you see instead?
LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\IDA 6.5\plugins\zynamics_bindiff_4_1.plw) error: 
The specified procedure could not be found.
C:\Program Files\IDA 6.5\plugins\zynamics_bindiff_4_1.plw: can't load file

LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\IDA 6.5\plugins\zynamics_binexport_8.plw) error: 
The specified procedure could not be found.
C:\Program Files\IDA 6.5\plugins\zynamics_binexport_8.plw: can't load file

LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\IDA 6.5\plugins\zynamics_bindiff_4_1.plw) error: 
The specified procedure could not be found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IDA 6.5.131217 on Windows XP SP3, BinDiff 4.1, Java 8, 25

Hi there,

Please note that starting with BinDiff 4.1, we no longer support Windows XP. 
The minimum required version of Windows for running BinDiff is Windows Vista, 
although we strongly recommend using Windows 7 or later.
Apologies for the inconvenience. But please also note that Microsoft has ended 
support for Windows XP SP3 on April 8th, this year (see 
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enterprise/end-of-support.aspx).
