BUG (v1b6): Variant call filtering on quality not working #43

There is a bug in the implementation of quality filtering in v1b5 which has continued into v1b6. This means variant calls (both SNPs and indels) have not been filtered on quality calls, only mapping quality.

I'll fix the problem (the offending line of code has already been found) and release the fix asap as v1beta.7

Version 1beta.7 with correct filtering on SNP quality is now available...
