Primer removal? #117

Hi,

I was wondering if SRST2 has an option for primer removal in order to avoid a low specificity? If not, is there any tool you recommend for primer removal prior to the SRST2 analysis? In order to avoid false positives that were mapped by the primers rather than the sequence reads.
