fullgenes table not reporting all samples when multiple readsets run in serial #21

if multiple readsets analysed in serial in a srst2 run, fullgenes reports the results for the last readset only as it was being rewritten each time

Via Cheryl Andam:

when we run srst2 for multiple samples, the full_genes output file will only show the results for one sample. But we'd like to see the results for all.

Fixed so that fullgenes report now contains gene output for all readsets
