Progress bar doesn't appear nor update, in Firefox browser #26

@helgatheviking Quick note that the progress bar's filled-in part does not appear, nor update, when using the latest Firefox version.

I think this is because you have a custom style rule that is making the accent color the same as the background color.

when styling .mnm-mobile-container progress.mnm-container-progress::-moz-progress-bar the background-color attribute is apparently the bar's accent color in Firefox.
