distinguish between switching variations and switching content #7

Switching variations may have to imply switching content, but the inverse is not necessarily true.

Might need to remove this setting... and only use the core "contents switching" setting to determine both. If you switch variations you almost assuredly have to switch contents anyway to meet the quantity rules of the other variations.
