New Feature Implemented: Authenticated User Dashboard

Merging dashboard branch into main branch

dashboard_links_spec.rb added to test for presence of:

'Welcome !' at the top of page
A button to Discover Movies
A friends section
A viewing parties section All tests passing No styling offenses detected

To be completed:

Button was added, but route was not specified. This this will be handled in issue #17
