Travis CI was failing to deploy to Heroku because it didn't know what app to find.

This PR will close #33

The Travis CI checks for this PR have passed, however:

Skipping a deployment with the heroku provider because the current build is a pull request.

We will have to observe whether the deployment succeeds after merging.

I merged this branch into discover_index_page and submitted another PR
