Store herald's name and email #4

Allow people to add a herald's name and email which then can be used (as a dropdown) for the heraldic contact information. This will save a lot in duplication.

Currently it is store as a hidden field. It should be visible and possibly with the ability to change it.

This is now implemented as each herald has an account. New issue will allow the ability to show other accounts for some.
