Run unitree_nav on the xavier (wired in) #12

I think the only thing I need to do is change the IP address that the lidar sends to. Other than that it should just work. I was able to run the launchfile and the only thing that failed was connecting to the lidar. (I also know cmd_processor node works as I tried running that individually on xavier and was able to teleop!)
