Add support for UltraStik 360 joystick #48

This PR adds support for UltraStik 360 joysticks. Added example configurations under the 'examples' directory. Ported unittests over from 'ultimarc-linux' project.

Note: Programming Pre-2015 device succeeds, but device settings do not seem to change. Do not have a 2015 or newer joystick to test with.

Added Aimtrak documentation file.

Tested with 2015 Ultrastik and the functionality works
