Hi,

Thanks for your great work in parker, it's a really great (and useful) tool.

I just add my 2 cents by submitting a declarations per rule metric, which I find useful as we have Total Declarations count and many others mean values.

Hope you'll find it useful.

I won't be able to merge it into master for a few weeks (moving house at the moment), but it will go in soon.
