shellinabox does not remove pid file on exit #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start shellinabox with option --background=/var/run/shellinabox.pid
2. Stop shellinabox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The pid file (/var/run/shellinabox.pid in this example) is still present after 
stoping shellinabox.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

shellinabox 2.10 on FreeBSD
