Expand width of "host" field in login form #165

The host field on the new connection page isn't wide enough for long hostnames 
so they get cut off. There's no obvious reason for this, any reason these can't 
be much longer.

Or, if you changed the design slightly, using HTML5 "placeholder" values would 
let you just show something like:
[ user ] @ [ host                 ]

Which might be cleaner.
