Notes: github action with CMSSW containers #45

To use CMSSW containers (https://gitlab.cern.ch/clange/cmssw-docker/container_registry) in github actions note the following:

github forces a certain volume mount which makes it enter to a wrong path for the default Entrypoint and the CMSSW area will not be built
- make another container from the original one with cd to /home/cmsusr
equally, github action wants to read the output file (artifact) from /github/workspace (with cmsinst as owner)
- to be able to write the output file there, change the owner of that directory
