every time i try to install wnd64 it says Failed to initialize driver,

I am using 64 bit windows
I have Tpm disabled, Secure Boot off, all windows security settings off ( i don't have any other anti-viruses)
I am running has admin
I am on w10 any fixes/work arounds ?

did you disable windows defender too?

I did disable windows defender I also used Dcontrol to disable it."
