No Z Axis rotate #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. How should i disable the Z axis rotation?
2. I need Rotate the object in Left-Right, Right-Left direction only.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JSC 3D 1.4.2
