Hello, thank you for your quick reply.
Unfortunately, I am heavily disabled (paralysed from the neck down) and require
a lot of assistance from my carer. She is having a break, so taking a
screenshot is a little difficult. But I can recall any of the Settings if you
like?
But as soon as she is available I will take a screenshot of the preferences
page, but could you tell me if you would just like a screenshot of the CD rip
preferences tab? Or any others?
Thanks

If you have a difficulty just reporting a status of "Use C2 error pointers"
setting will help.

Hi,
Tried again today, worked once then keeps freezing again, tried 50 odd times
grr!
Worked flawlessly in mountain lion.
Not sure if I mentioned. I'm using a Lacie D2 xl bd drive connected by firewire
to g-tech G-raid HDD which connects to Mac mini by firewire.

Hi,
Ok, I think I might have found the problem. I have changed the ripper mode
setting from XLD secure ripper, to CD paranoia ripper. My first test is in
progress, but it isn't frozen and ripping properly, so far. I will try a
another CD after this one to be sure.
Does anyone have any ideas why the XLD secure ripper setting could make the app
freeze immediately when the progress page appears. This never happened once in
mountain lion.
Thanks

Yes second cd working. Looks like the xld secure ripper is the cause of my
problem, but why?

Hello,
Thanks for the download, I have been testing it all afternoon and it seems to
be working perfectly.
Is it an older version?
Anyway, all I can say is thank you very much for your help. You have fixed my
problem and I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate your help :-)
Thanks tmkkmac

No, it is the latest development version. XLD secure ripper read hundreds of
sectors per one low level drive access, but your drive on Mavericks seems to
dislike it. The new version only reads up to 10 sectors at once.
The fix will be included in the next update.
