10.9.4 + NAS/SMB or AFP = finalization problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.conversion FLAC->ALAC 24/96 ou autre fréquence sur Synology en SMB ou AFP

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally everything is instantaneous. It goes up to 100%. It "locks" not 99.7%

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20140504 (147.0)

Mac OS : 10.9.4

conversion FLAC-> ALAC 24/96 or another frequency on Synology SMB or AFP

Gets stuck? (finalization?) to 99.7% for long minutes.
Then moves to the next song.

I did not have this problem with 10.8
