Duplicates after converting FLAC to ALAC while FOLDER contains CUE file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If the folder contains a CUE file with Flac, after conversion to ALAC is 
created duplicates of the entire album. In the program settings to disable the 
use CUE for cutting files.

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)? always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? No duplicates if i'm 
going to convert multiple FLAC files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.9.4, XLD  20140504 (147.0)

Please provide any additional information below.
Its painful :(

Use a custom extension list in the batch preference tab, and exclude cue from 
the list.
