Add Feature to Export Tags to Text #291

Please add the ability to export tags to text so that they can be (easily) 
re-added/imported. For those of us ripping highly-annotated music such as 
'Classical', when a disc fails to rip correctly and may need to be cleaned, 
etc. once ejected, XLD deletes all applicable data elements.
