As noted here, README.md and LICENSE are included automatically and I don't think we need to ship the other .md files in this repo for releases.

Also, as noted in this discussion, shipping the /tutorials directory is just a waste of bandwidth.

As with the last PR, looks like the tests are only failing on io.js. I suggest we switch this to testing against 0.10, 0.12, and stable as I've started to do with other repos. That's outside the scope of this PR though.
