GND and PWR planes mostly empty #2

It looks like your GND and PWR planes are mostly empty. Not making much use of the 4 layers.

Did you every have any of these assembled? Curious if these would actually work with such planes.

Hi, its been some time since i worked on tgis project. But im pretty sure it was intended to be a 2 layer design.

Fyi this was designed before the release of the actual chips, and was never ordered

You had some power trace on a 3rd layer so I don't think you could just remove the two inner layers without rerouting this. Anyway, thanks for the info.
