error on anyone site Couldn't connect to cdimage.debian.org at port 80 #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apache server port 80 anyone file normal download
2. Couldn't connect to cdimage.debian.org at port 80
3. file type = iso

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Couldn't connect to 
cdimage.debian.org at port 80

need it plug ins? or must edit rapidleech?
