climb/descend faster doesn't always work #20

What happened?

There's something that lets you climb and descend ladders and vines faster but I'm not sure witch mod it is. It doesn't always work, but I want it to. Am I hitting a toggle key on accident?

It is actually only the climbing faster that doesn't work.

I think that this is a bug with one of the enchantment mods, you're supposed to be able to use it when you have a certain enchantment on your pants. But for some reason, it applies in the opposite direction. If you take your pants off, it should work lmao. Or make sure you have pants not enchanted with faster climbing
