[Betweenlands & Tinker's Construct] Plant Tonic recipe in JEI is incorrect, Weedwood/Syrmorite Buckets do not appear correctly in JEI. #24

Workaround: None. Please craft Plant Tonic according to the recipe on the official wiki: https://the-betweenlands.fandom.com/wiki/Plant_Tonic

Further testing reveals that this is a conflict between the Betweenlands and Tinker's Construct. I have been unable to fix it on my end.
