Problematic complete sellout of resource #59

Steps to reproduce:

1. Buy / Sell Window
2. Set the bar to quantity equal to the qty. of resource possessed
3. Select Sell

Expected output: Perfect selling

Current Output :

Resource if sold only if the qty is one less than that in possession
(doesn't happen if it is 1)
