Unable to display the error message eventhough the progress bars falls below 35% in 2nd Mission #78

Pre - Requisite : Make sure that the 1st Mission is already complted

Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Make sure that the any of the Progress bars falls below 35%
2. Observe the screen

What is the expected output? 
   Should display an error message

What do you see instead?
  Application unable to display the error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
    Version : Revision 125
    Mission : 2
    OS      : Windows Xp

Please provide any additional information below.
