The data augmentation exploited in the second place solution are:

• random rotations by 90 degree increments
• random transposition
• random zooming by small amounts
• random reordering of axes
• random arbitrary rotation by small degrees (-10 to 10)

Not sure rotating 90 degrees or reordering the axes would make much sense ;)
