BEAUti becomes unresponsive with 100s of partitions #699

If 100s or 1000s of partitions are loaded, BEAUti becomes very unresponsive 
with long waits for most GUI actions.

Issue was due to the constant reforming of lists of data partitions for each 
model. Efficiency increased by caching these in maps.
