I was just wondering if for the actual projects we will be doing the same process with the products for last year e-commerce website or are we creating each case-study its own .html page?

It kinda depends on how consistent each project will look. If they are all fairly similar looking then doing it like products makes sense. But if they’re all very different then different HTML files might make sense.
