use Kyber instead of NewHopeSimple. please review

DO NOT MERGE: I just now e-mailed Peter Schwabe asking which Kyber parameters we should use to achieve comparable security margin as NewHope Simple. Currently this spec and my working code use Kyber768 but maybe we should switch to Kyber1024.
