Make it clear which key is to be used #65

I also think that since the mailproxy workflow is the only one which would be using this document, the set_user_identity command should also be added.

i think you might be misunderstanding something. we already have a command to each kind of key.

In the setup document? Where are they set?

The setup document is not a complete manual. However the "handbook" is supposed to be complete. Here it mentions the commands: https://github.com/katzenpost/docs/blob/master/handbook/mix_server.rst#runtime-configuration-changes-with-the-management-socket

Furthermore the identity key is an ed25519 key and not a X25519 key.
