I picked a few DEBUG log messages that I think would be useful to have in NOTICE for the forseeable future.

Your commit authorship is assigned to "moba mo@localhost". Is that the identity you meant to be linked with your git commits?

Yeah I don't want the "trivially machine readable" association with my Github profile. I don't care much to be honest.
