6 years ago - tune the Poisson lambda parameter so that mix delays are quite low so that probability of low latency round trip time is increased.

So far we are only considering the implications without decoy traffic... whereas once we know how to tune our mixnet then we will have to tune everything specifically for this application.
we can easily make a chat client that uses the current katzenpost design. it should ideally have smaller sphinx packets than what we specified for e-mail integration.
what else does katzenchat need?
