Online stations not playing in 2.2 #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build the project on either 1.5 or 2.2
2. Doesn't play the online stations
3. Player stucks after calling prepare() and never calls the Onprepared method

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Play the online stream on 2.2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest source from trunk

Please provide any additional information below.
Doesn't plays the online streams in 1.5 and 2.2

I think 1.5 we are aware of, but 2.2 is a problem.  Most of our audience is on 
2.0 and later, so this should get fixed as it is a core offering.  Rumor is 
droid, nexus one, etc will be updated this week.

This is a duplicate of issue 16.  The stack trace is identical to issue 16 and 
one the stations returned in the search, WUCF, doesn't have any streams or 
podcasts.

The issue is with any station. The media player goes into preparing state after 
calling mediaPlayer.prepare() in PlayerService.java and never returns from that 
state, so the Onprepared() is never getting called

Still not workin as of 7/3/2010.  How do we go back to a version that did work?
