Strange characters in article text #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the article: "Gingrich Plots GOP Comeback Against 'Radical' Obama"

Expected: Clean article with no out-of-place characters.

Actual: Readable article with  characters after periods, but only inside 
paragraphs.

Version code: 4
OS: Android 2.1-update1
Handset: Nexus One
