Dont escape_html() #14

As you can see we are getting a lot of mixed HTML from your last update. This patch fixes it (but also removes the cool image icon). But, it is at least usable at this point.

Gravity Forms Version: 1.8.15 WordPress: 4.0

Fixed manually in https://github.com/katzwebservices/Gravity-Forms-Directory/commit/152036ecf51fc4c9dd6914610b0ec4130159f775 - please do submit pull requests in the future though! I've just been busy.
