Please provide the latest entries from an error log, if you have access.
Here are the latest errors I just produced with a test entry. https://restaurantengine.com/go/win-customers-web-email-course is the page with the gravity form.

None of those are related to the plugin. Can you try submitting the form again, then provide the error log right after that? Look for "highrise" in the text.
Those errors were new immediately after submitting the form on that page.
By the way - when logged in as admin, I also get the "could not send data to Highrise" error, as someone else has posted in a separate issue. However, despite seeing this error, the info DOES pass nicely on to highrise. This error isn't displayed to users who are not logged in, so it's not a big deal for me.
But email notifications to admin definitely stopped working the day activated this plugin.

Try this plugin instead until I get this resolved.
Hi - My form submissions are passing nicely into Highrise. However, ever since I activated the Highrise add-on on my forms, the Gravity Forms notification email to admin is no longer working.
I just found out I had tons of submissions from the past week that I didn't know about!
Is there a fix?
