Plug-in giving me error messages! #17

I'm new to Gravity Forms. Recently set-up a couple of forms using the Gravity Forms Highrise Addon. A client of mine filled out the form and this is the error message I got: "Errors when adding to Highrise: Email 'dulanie***.net' has already been taken"

Since this is a client, I would expect that her filling out the form would be added as a note to Highrise, not that she would be kicked back because her information was already there. How do I rectify? Also, if someone fills out the form incompletely, they are getting PUBLIC error codes right on my form page. I put Test in all the fields, just to see what it would do and here is what showed publicly on the form, exposing my private database to the world!
