Small update

stricter coding: prevent notices when YOURLS_DEBUG is true (that was my main concern)
minor HTML tweaks to properly align text in the admin page
removed useless if function_exists() test
version bumped to 1.0.3

At the very least in this commit, the important changes are:

remove $keyword in kws_yourls_analytics_defaults(), it's always undefined (hence, a notice in strict mode)
replace all $analytics_defaults[stuff] with $analytics_defaults['stuff'](again, to prevent warnings when strict mode)
