Please check the schematic and board files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.schematic and board file can't be opened by Eagle Software.

If you check these files out with subversion, they should be accessible with 
Eagle 6.5 (I just tested this).

If you browsed the source in a browser, make sure that you save the file in 
it's raw form.  The steps for this are:

1) Navigate to 
https://code.google.com/p/nav6/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fschematics
2) Click on each file, this will open up the file in a seperate browser page.
3) within that page, Right-click on "View Raw File" and choose to save the file 
to disk.

Note that if you were to Right-click on the files in the link in step 1), and 
try to save these files to disk, you would be saving a HTML version of the 
file, which could not be opened in Eagle.

Please let me know if that solves your issue.
