Navx-Mxp Classic Firmware Update Fails #106

I am following the firmware update procedure for a navx mxp classic. everything looks good per the instructions and the trouble shooting information in the updater and vour website. When I click update firmware button, is says no devices in DFU mode found. The updater displays the navx as in firmware update mode and only the red led is lit. On W10 device manager, under Universal Serial Bus Devices is one labelled "STM32 BOOTLOADER". This is not consistent with the instructions which say I should see it under USB controllers and labelled "STM Device in DFU mode". I tried reinstalling the dfu driver but the installer says that driver is already installed.

Received instructions via email on how to fix this issue. Applied them and firmware updated successfully.
