Translate Ethereum 101 part 1 into Russian #41

Hello, Chris.

This is my very first attempt to use gitcoin and try out how it works.

I am a software engineer learning solidity. I've completed several courses at "Ivan on Tech academy", so I am well familiar with the article's topic. Russian is my native language and I was good at grammar back at school. I have some experience writing technical documentation for both commercial projects (in English) as well as some research papers (in Russian and Ukrainian).

So my plan is

  1. By clicking "update article" in kauri, I am gettign its markdown source
  2. So I can keep the article's structure and use the links, screenshots, code, etc.
  3. [if needed] I'll fork the kauri-io/Content repository, create a topic branch and add the directory for the translated article (in order to make a pull request with my changes when the job is done)
  4. On my laptop I'll open a diff editor to have english and "to-be-russian" versions of the article side by side.
  5. I'll do the manual translation sentence by sentence to ensure the best possible quality (no google translate or tools like that).
  6. I'll try to find the official translated versions of the cited books and articles to get better quality of the quotations.
  7. I'll preview the article's final render in a tool like "markdown monster"
  8. I'll make a final proof read to ensure no typos have been made.

Thanks @random-char we think the best approach is if you go to the article, click 'update' you'll get the markdown source. Then create a branch or fork of this repo, add your translation there and make a PR.

We have some Russian speakers at ConsenSys who I'll ask to check things over, and then we'll publish the final translation under your name.
