Wrong event timestamps in NEV files recorded during ptb experiments #4

Events t_beg and t_end are both wrong. The total counts don't add up to those in the smr file (which I know are correct). Perhaps the 'p' event markers are being sent to Cereplex and they take up a wrong identity? t_start looks good...

Bug in spike2 code really!

Eric, can you tell Jing about this? I'd rather read timestamps off of nev when loading spikes.
