Dear GenoCAE maintainer, hi @kausmees,

Currently, the Docker file does not build, due to changes upstream (#27). Within this Pull Request, the Docker file is tested to build successfully.

Note that check.yaml fails, which I reported at #26, the fix will be part of another Pull Request.
