added footer (fixes issue 11) #37

Summary

I have added a footer to the website. It contains the following links -

@iamatifmoin I was hoping for the footer to look something like this Screenshot (724)

As you can see.. sections like Blog, About, Contact, Resources and we can then keep adding stuff under these as needed

Also no need to add copyright or made by as I want this to be a totally community website

@kaustav202 I have made the suggested changes to the footer. The links can be updated when the other pages are made.
