Sorry for my very basic question. Is it possible to run fastman in a sliding window way? Thanks

Hi, do you mean you want to run an analysis by sliding windows, and plot the result in fastman? That is, do you want to plot intervals, instead of SNPs which have single locations? Or did you mean something else? Please let me know and I can respond accordingly.

Yes, plot intervals instead of single locations.
