User story: As a user, I want to be able to add total bill amount and number of people in the form.

Acceptance criteria

The input fields for amount and number of people should only accept numeric values.
Empty, non-positive values are not allowed
The form should be responsive across all the views

Technical acceptance criteria

Submitting the form calculates the amount per person
All fields are validated for positive input
