Add option to repurpose trash button for quick delete in review/playback mode #317

For all the time that I've been using the 400D, I can't recall an occasion 
where I've found confirmation before deleting an image useful. Confirmation is 
an annoying extra step in situations such as:
1) When you need to take several images of a scene until you get one with the 
exposure you want (while immediately deleting images that you don't want)
2) In manual AF mode, when you need to take several images until you get one 
with the best focus.

...and so on.

The requested feature simply deletes an image in review/playback mode without 
confirmation when you press the trash button.

ML has this feature and I think it was done by simulating button presses.
